MASSAGE
BASED SPA TREATMENTS

a face treatment, hand treatment and foot treatment
that can be incorporated into any massage practice.

PNF STRETCHING
This course is for Massage therapists and Personal Trainers.
It covers the basics of Facilitated stretching. Facilitated
Stretching is a safe and easy to use method that involves
stretching the muscle, contracting it isometrically against
resistance, then stretching it again to a new range of motion.

Reiki 1
Reiki Level 1 is a basic form of
Japanese based energy work that taps into Universal Life Force
energy, is channeled through the practitioner, and is
transferred to the client through the hands. In this course,
you will learn the theory of Reiki, the many ways to use Reiki,
self treatment and hand positions, and you will receive a level1
Reiki attunement.

Prerequisite: Reiki 1
Reiki Level 2 is an advanced form of
Reiki, and is built upon level 1. In level 2, you will learn
how to give distance healing treatments, how to use three Reiki
symbols, how to graph your client's body, and how to find and
treat energy blocks. You will also receive a level 2 attunement
and a set of basic chakra balancing stones.

Prerequisite: Reiki 2
Reiki Level 3 is the master attunement.
In addition to receiving a level 3 attunement, you will learn to
send attunements both in person and distance, as well as
advanced energy techniques for healing clients.

Life Weaving is a series of lessons that
will teach you to take control of your life. Think of your life
as a beautiful blanket that you are weaving. Many times, others
will feel obligated to help you with your weaving...at other
times, you may feel that another's weaving could benefit from
your expertise. Life Weaving teaches us three basic things:
boundaries, manifesting, and extreme self care.

Feeling your energy and the energy of

What is Intention? Is it a force we

****PILOT PROGRAMS: Pilot programs mean that CEU hours have
not been awarded yet because the class has to be taught a number
of times before CEU's are awarded. Students must fill out an
evaluation sheet at the end of each class. The prices for these
classes have been reduced and CEU credits will be retro'd back
participants once the pilot program is complete and CEU credits
have been awarded by that agency.
